An internal reporting platform that automates delivery summaries, route maps, warehouse pull sheets, and fulfillment alerts from live order data—cutting hours of manual spreadsheet work.
Problem
Wholesale delivery teams were stitching together routes, pull lists, and inventory exceptions by hand each week—slow, error-prone, and hard to scale during peak seasons.
Approach
We connected secure MySQL extracts to a Flask reporting UI and CLI pipeline: pandas transforms, Folium route maps, PDF delivery packs, and exception alerts for abandoned carts, POs, and picture-needed items—deployed on AWS.
Outcome
